Be careful about what goes down your drain to keep you away from calling a plumber. Here are some ways to treat and prevent these issues using you already have at home.
From time to time pour a little bleach into the sink and let it sit for at least an hour before you run down water in the sink. Use drain screens to keep hair, soap scum, and other solids from making their way into the drain. Clean the sink stoppers regularly. Never dump paint, paint thinners, and other chemicals down the drains. Avoid pouring down the drain cold water. This will keep the grease and oil in solid state. Never pour grease down the drain, and clean greasy pots and pans as thoroughly as possible with a paper towel before cleaning in hot water in the sink. Pour boiling hot water down your drains once a week. This will help to melt and flush away oils and grease.

Steps:
Sand Floors
Prepare the floors by sanding and remove all sawdust thoroughly.
Mop the Floors
Use a wet mop or wet rag to remove the specks of dust and grains completely, and allow to dry for at least 30 minutes. This will cause the wood to better accept the stain.
Test the Stain
Test the stain in a unnoticeable area of the floor or on a sample piece of wood before applying it to the entire floor.
Apply The Stain
Apply the stain with a rag, sponge or an applicator. Make sure it is applied evenly and watch for drops and pooling. Work from one side to the other. Let dry completely per the stain’s instructions.
Remove Excess Stain
Wait for at least at least 10 minutes to allow the stain to soak into the wood, then wipe out some excess stain.
Add Protective Coating
The stain only adds color or tone to the wood but does not protect the wood. Add a layer of polyurethane or another protection over the finished stain to protect the wood.
Allow To Dry
Let everything to set and dry completely before adding furniture or anything into the space.

A Native to Lord Howe Island (Australia). This plant does not need pruning or repotting. Even those who don’t have a green thumb can grow this because it is easy to maintain. It also doesn’t need a lot of watering, only when the soil feels dry. It is seen most often in offices. Place this plant in an area where it can receive indirect sunlight.
Croton (Codiaeum)
It can grow as big as 10 feet tall, have variegated leaves with shades of red, yellow and green. This plant needs a very bright light location to keep their bright colors. It needs a location with higher humidity.
